The How It Landed report is the only proof I offer. No pipeline number, no attribution, no highlight reel. Just who came, who stayed and what I noticed. Delivered the morning after, in person, by whoever ran your room. Not emailed a week later.
I haven't delivered a night yet, so there's no real report to show you. This is the template, filled in with example figures so you can see exactly what lands in your inbox the morning after. The numbers are illustrative. The format is not.

Who came
Seventeen of your twenty priority accounts had someone in the room. Nine of the twenty had someone at director level or above.
84 guests through the door, from 312 invitations sent and chased.
Named account by named account, including the three who didn't come, who I chased and what they said.
Who didn't
Three accounts sent nobody. Two accepted and didn't arrive, one never replied.
You get their names, the dates I chased, and what came back. Nobody else in this market shows you their own misses.
Who stayed
61 people still in the room at 10.30pm, against 84 at peak.
I count it, your person counts it with me, and I give you both numbers.
What I noticed
Observations from the delivery lead and the host, not claims. For example: two people from the same account stayed to the end and asked about next year. Someone senior you'd never met came as a plus-one.
What I'd do differently
One honest recommendation for the next one. Where the room thinned, what I'd move, who I'd invite earlier.
Free, and it's the section most suppliers skip.
That's the whole thing. It's short on purpose. No honest supplier can promise you pipeline off one night, so I don't. What I can tell you is exactly who turned up and who didn't, in both directions, and you also get the working: the door log, the timings, who chased whom and when, and you can decide what that's worth.
