Which one are you taking?
The terms, in short

Three things I'd rather you saw here than found in the terms (clauses 8, 11 and 17)
- You can cancel any time, and the fee for the year still stands. That's what the £500 rate is for.
- If I get something wrong, what you can claim back is capped at what you have paid me for that night. That is normal for this kind of contract, and I would rather say it out loud than let you find it.
- For twelve months after the last night you attend you do not go direct to the DJs, acts or venues I introduce you to. That is how I stay in business.

So I know which company I'm contracting with, and who agreed it. Takes a minute.
What you're invoiced, and when
Four Tuesdays, one a quarter. The first is Tuesday 23 March 2027. Q2, Q3 and Q4, each date confirmed in writing once the venue's held. Your four nights are the first four confirmed after you sign, whatever the year.

Each invoice is £10,000 plus VAT, so £12,000. Payment is by bank transfer. Each night is invoiced on the 1st of the last month of the quarter before, and paid by the end of that quarter. So nothing is booked for a night until it's paid for. The first night is the exception: invoiced 22 January, paid within 30 days.
